Conditions of This Guarantee:

1. The denial must explicitly state that the error was due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by Citizenwide.
2. The refund applies only to the service fee and does not cover government filing fees or additional costs incurred during the process.
3. You must notify us within 30 days of receiving the denial and provide a copy of the denial notice.

This guarantee does not apply to denials resulting from:

• False, inaccurate, or incomplete information you provide to Citizenwide;
• Changes in your circumstances or in immigration laws or policies;
• your failure to follow instructions provided by Citizenwide;
• your failure or delay in filing a complete and accurate form;
• If you choose to respond to requests from USCIS without Citizenwide’s help and are denied or,
• Factors outside of our control (e.g., USCIS discretion).
